Attendance Commitment

Pony Lessons, Riding Lessons, Recreation & Competition Vaulting, Homeschool Co-Op & Horse Training Classes are ongoing commitments. Please provide two weeks notice if you will not be continuing in your class in order to allow us time to fill the class opening.

Mommy and Me, Camps, Saturdays at the Barn & Birthday Parties are one-time class/event commitments.

Make Up Classes

If you miss a class due to weather closure, we will provide a make-up class, credit your missed class to a future payment, or provide a refund for the missed class.

If you are sick and cannot attend your class, we will do our best to offer a make up class but cannot guarantee availability.

Vacation / Forgot Class

If you miss class due to vacation, or simply forgot, we are not able to offer a make up class and you will still be required to pay for the missed date(s).

Cash, Check & Venmo (@AJS-Farms), and all major credit/debit cards are accepted!

Payment Due Dates:

Payments are due on the date of your first lesson of the month for ongoing classes.

If you have questions regarding your amount due because of weather closures, barn closures or variations in the month (fewer or more weeks in the month), please contact us!

Payment is due upon registration for: One-Time Rides, Saturdays at the Barn, Mommy and Me & select camps (under $100), and is non-refundable.

Deposits are due upon registration for Birthday Parties & Camps. This is typically 1/4 the cost of your camp/event, and is non-refundable.

Please do not come to the barn if you are sick or not feeling well!
